Pen Pals

My friend Az is teaching English in Korea so I may be able to have my students be pen pals with his students. I think that would be awesome!!!! Talk about introducing things that are from around the world and culturally diverse. I'm excited!

Tubing down the Salt River

It's my friend Manders cousin Megan's birthday tomorrow. So we're going tubing! Weeeeeee! Hopefully I can keep my burning to a minimum! Pictures will be posted of the aftermath and the premath.

I got an apt!

I got an apartment!!!! It's about 5 minutes from my work and it's 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. I move in next Thursday... Yay!

Let's Get Physical

Today is physicals day. We had 100 appointments and all were filled. We'll end up making a pretty good chunk of change today. It just takes the entire day that's all.

Electricity in the air

Last night's Metal Head show was full of bad jous-jous. Bad, bad, bad! It all started with a fiesty heckler in the crowd followed by the weird man that totally looked like a chick. I had to take a double take when he came out of the ladies bathroom with his friend. Then there was the fat guy with the prison tat's that had to start touching Bailey's hand and then asked her if she was that weird all the time. So basically we just got the hell out of there. Bad feelings all around. Our tails we're tingling. Hopefully, today will be much better.

Bailey's Birthday Party

I had the best time at Bailey's! As per the birthday girls wishes we all went skinny dipping. Lots of girls and 2 guys. One married, one not. Either way who passes up skinny dipping with 5 girls. Including Miss No-Nude! We got a no-nuder to embrace her nudeness and jump in the pool. Yay! Can't wait for Metalhead tonight!

Home Sweet Home

It feels so good to be home. I love to travel but there is nothing better than coming home and sleeping in your own bed. It just feels right. Besides I don't start spontaneously sweating as soon as I go outside. My sunglasses haven't fogged up once. I know now that I never really want to move away from here unless it's to California. I don't think I could take the humidity or the constant swamp ass for longer then a week. With that being said. It celebration of today being a non-sw'ass day, it's also been a free day if you know what I mean. Commando never feels so good as it does in the desert.

Today's events...

Today was really cool. I got to see a bunch of my cousins that I normally don't see. My Uncle Tom's son, wife, and his son-in-law. They are awesome folks. I also got to see my cousin Kathy and her boyfriend Arthur. Arthur is a fun guy, he's from India and works in insurance. On the weekends they help out at a vineyard and reap the benefits. I wish I could get back here more often to see and be with these guys.

My cousin John and his wife Kathy have a full bar in their basement. I told my parents that when I buy a house this was going to be their housewarming present to me. I need to start looking for a house so I can have my own bar. We head back to DC tomorrow. Maybe we'll stop at the shore maybe not.

It's time for bed... drank tooo much... 4 Buds and 1 Utica Club.

Things that thouroughly gross me out...

1. The liquid on top of the sour cream. I am never the one that opens it and stirs it. It gives me the dry heaves.
2. Skin diseases [i.e. ringworm (Tinea corpus)] things that are generally oozy and crusty. Whenever a wrestler asks me "Do you think this is ringworm?" I make them stand across the room from me.


That's all I can think of at the moment. Only two things gross me out. Not a bad list at all.
