Speedway equals dumbest street ever! No where in America should a three lane divided road be 35mph.
NO WHERE! I got a stupid speeding ticket for going 45 mph on a 35 mph road. All the streets in Phoenix that are 3 lanes are 40 at least. Argh! Driving school here I come.
